The CIS course is a general overview of everything the incentive industry has to offer. The course helped me understand what non-cash incentives are all about, which will help me sell them in the future. The key things I learned from the CIS course are the in-depth steps/planning that I need to follow for a successful incentive travel program, some of the steps I used to overlook. The CIS has equipped me with the relevant knowledge to deliver an excellent travel incentive programme to my clients. It was also great interacting with other colleagues that attended the program where we shared various ideas.
